FORT WORTH, Texas – Hardin-Simmons' women's track competed in the Jet Relays in Fort Worth on Saturday.

Kearra Greer led the Cowgirls with a 12.69 in the 100m dash. The other Cowgirls to compete in the 100m were Becky Kudayah (12.86), Samantha Pennese (13.13), Johanna Jones (13.25), Zada Washington (13.47), Alexi Bushong (13.88), and Keely Eshelman (14.40).

Alex Fulton led the team in the 5000m with a time of 21:57.95. Yadira Loera also ran in the 5000m with an 22:05.96. Keely Eshelman led the team in the 110m hurdles with a time of 17.29.

The 4x100m A team of K. Greer, Kendra Fisher, Julianna Taylor, and Pennese ran a 50.47. The B team of Camryn Aldridge, Jones, Kudayah, and Washington ran a time of 50.52.

The Cowgirls' 4x200m team of Pennese, Bushong, Taylor, and Natasha Smith finished with a time of 1:55.56.

The Cowgirls' 800m sprint medley B team of Washington, Taylor, Kudayah, and Lauren Stokes took first place with a time of 2:08.22. The sprint medley A team of Bushong, Eshelman, Jones, and Leslie Gonzalez came in second running a 2:13.99.

The distance medley team of Loera, Smith, Gonzalez, and Bushong came in fourth with a time of 14:57.90.

Jones led the team in the long jump with a 15-8 ¾ (4.79m). Others in the long jump were Aldridge with 15-3 ¼ (4.65m) and Washington with 13-3 ½ (4.05m). Aldridge led in the triple jump with a 32-4 ¾ (9.87m).

Sydney Cortes led the Cowgirls in the major throws with a 34-1 ½ (10.40m) shot put, a 108-3 (33.00m) discus, and a 77-10 (23.72m) javelin throw. Laura Bennett had a 29-8 ¾ (9.06m) shot put, a 107-3 (32.70m) discus, and a 55-2 (16.81m) javelin throw.
