Hardin-Simmons University

Lott was hired as a member of the Hardin-Simons Athletic Communication staff in June of 2018. 

He is currently responsible for track and cross country, men's and women's soccer, softball and men's and women's tennis as well as serving in all areas of the office. 

He helps recruit, train and maintain a student worker staff. 

Lott is a native of Georgia and has a bachelor's degree in communications from Berry College and a MBA from Hardin-Simmons.
